Feckless Leader has decided...

... to send more troops to Iraq, says the BBC. They add that there will be a speech to announce the decision. I'm not usually one to subject myself to the shocking words and demeanor of FL, but this speech could prove interesting, in build-up, presentation, and content.
Funny that this came out though the BBC.
