How many?

We wonder how many more people the FBI has in the pipeline to be recruited, indoctrinated, trained, supplied and arrested for terrorism.

It seems to becoming something of an industry, a la Henry Ford, with a production line philosophy to increase efficiency, though probably not lower costs. Was this guy just not ready for the last 9/11, or would that have been too obvious?
